Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights, identify trends and patterns, and inform business decisions
  • Design and analyze A/B tests
  • Design and build new ELT-based data models using SQL and dbt, with efficient testing and validation for data accuracy and integrity
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to drive better business outcomes, product prioritization, and operational efficiencies
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to standardize and report on key metrics, and support ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Champion data best practices across the company
  • Drive the vision for self-service analytics by developing resources, building trusted data models, and establishing standards
  • Collaborate with EPD team to develop analytical rigor, establish key metrics, and provide recommendations for product improvements
  • Leverage FullStory to uncover user behaviors, identify friction points, and drive actionable insights for the product roadmap
  • Define core metrics layer, consolidate data into a single source of truth, and navigate the full data lifecycle including data modeling, dashboarding, deep-dive analysis, and stakeholder management
