  • Schedule and lead meetings, including briefings, status updates, and post-mortems
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met
  • Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any client concerns promptly
  • Support the optimization of processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes
