Responsibilities

Manage day to day project execution from kickoff through delivery
Own tasks and project workflows while communicating progress clearly and consistently
Support Executive Producers and Senior Producers with project organization, documentation, scheduling, and client communications
Coordinate cross functional teams including creative, design, tech, production, and talent partners
Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines while identifying risks and solutions
Prepare agendas, notes, and follow up actions from internal and client meetings
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time
Contribute to shoots, activations, and production moments onsite as needed
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients
