Requirements

7 years of experience specifically in product development/production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment
Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Airtable, and/or other asset management software
Experience with Agile methodologies
3+ years of experience managing teams
Shipping multiple mobile, console, and/or PC games with live operations components
Previous experience in a senior outsourcing production role, with significant experience collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders

Broad and deep understanding of the art and science of high-quality game development, including familiarity with various methodologies and tools

Responsibilities

Assist with the creation of detailed documentation, including SOWs, contracts, and stakeholder feedback
Serve as a key point of contact for outsourcing partners, providing crucial problem-solving and organizational expertise
Own the day-to-day management of outsourcing communication efforts, including keeping our internal team informed, taking detailed meeting notes, and ensuring Confluence is updated
Maintain consistent asset delivery cadence in line with internal standards and key stakeholder requirements
Work in lockstep with our internal partner teams to coordinate brand approvals
Flag potential risks or delays in deliverables and work proactively to resolve them
Ensure seamless integration of outsourced assets into relevant pipelines
Continuously improve and refine outsourcing production practices over time
