Must be available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, rotating Saturday and Sundays 4-9PM
Ability to carry out job functions including sorting, displaying, removing, and replenishing fresh fruits and vegetables
Knowledge of product to provide assistance to Members through product knowledge and customer service
Commitment to ensuring all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards
Adherence to club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ability to act with honesty, integrity, and lead with the member in mind
Promotion of a safe and positive environment, inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and teamwork
Maintenance of a friendly and positive attitude, speed, agility, innovation, and adaptability
Understanding of production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Responsibilities

Sorts, displays, removes, and replenishes fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department
Maintains the overall environment of the department
Provides assistance to Members, answers questions, recommends products and safe handling tips, and helps find products
Inspects, rotates, and stores produce upon delivery to ensure it meets or exceeds company standards
Rotates produce on the sales floor for optimal freshness and variety
Ensures cases and display areas are fully stocked
Keeps produce displays neat and clean
Removes product as needed
Delivers service excellence, resolves member concerns, and adheres to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Works as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
