Requirements
- Must be available Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 4-9PM
- Ability to carry out job functions including sorting, displaying, removing, and replenishing fresh fruits and vegetables
- Knowledge of product handling, quality standards, and customer service in the produce department
- Commitment to club policies, procedures, compliance, safety, inclusion, diversity, teamwork, speed, agility, innovation, and maintaining a friendly positive attitude
- Understanding of production/financial performance reporting for the department and connection to business impact
Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to Members in the produce department, answers questions, recommends products and safe handling tips, and assists with finding products throughout the club
- Inspects, rotates, and stores produce upon delivery, ensuring it meets or exceeds company produce standards
- Rotates produce on the sales floor to ensure optimal freshness and variety, fully stocks cases and display areas, keeps displays neat and clean, and removes products that are no longer suitable
- Maintains the overall environment of the produce department through product knowledge and customer service
- Ensures all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards
- Supports flawless execution, accountability, honesty, integrity, member-focused service, safe and positive environment, GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and GOLD club standards (Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized)
