Responsibilities

Provide assistance to Members in the produce department, answer questions, recommend products and safe handling tips, and help find products
Inspect, rotate, and store produce upon delivery, ensuring it meets or exceeds company standards
Rotate produce on the sales floor for optimal freshness and variety
Ensure cases and display areas are fully stocked
Keep produce displays neat and clean
Remove products no longer suitable for sale
Maintain produce reserve stock areas
Sort, display, remove, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables
Maintain overall department environment through product knowledge and customer service
Ensure all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards
Deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized)
