Responsibilities
- Sort, display, remove, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department
- Provide assistance to Members through product knowledge, answering questions, recommending products, safe handling tips, and helping find products
- Inspect, rotate, and store produce upon delivery to ensure it meets or exceeds company standards
- Rotate produce on the sales floor for optimal freshness and variety
- Ensure cases and display areas are fully stocked
- Keep produce displays neat, clean, and organized
- Remove products no longer suitable for sale
- Maintain produce reserve stock areas
- Deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, and cleanliness inside and out
