Responsibilities

Execute sourcing activities in respective spend area within defined KPI boundaries
Provide inputs for procurement plan and work proactively with internal clients to identify, forecast, and optimise demand and standardize specifications to reduce TCO
Identify sourcing opportunities, complete category profiles, and calculate TCO
Monitor category trends and initiate market research as needed
Prepare and execute sourcing events, lead negotiations, and execute contracting with suppliers
Develop and manage partnerships with internal clients (including efficient cross-functional collaboration) and relationships with strategic suppliers
Conduct review of contract performance along with main stakeholders and spending for categories, and manage supplier performance
Provide strategic sourcing according to procurement plan and within budgets, timescales, and standards
Cooperate with purchasers on strategic sourcing process and provide deep category expertise
Hand over sourcing results to transaction purchasing team
