Requirements

  • Secondary education with school-leaving examination or Follow-up/Higher Professional Education (specialization in business or management)
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement area or in an administrative role
  • Good knowledge of the contractor market legislation and trends
  • Advanced English and German language skills (at least B2+)
  • User knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to understand client requirements
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive and supportive attitude
  • Independence in problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with project managers, agencies, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective onboarding solutions
  • Oversee the end-to-end contractor process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws
  • Manage requisition validation, work order creation or review, initial candidate screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, rate negotiations, and exit processes
  • Collaborate with Contractor Exchange Helpdesk, Legal, HR, and Tax teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify optimal solutions
  • Act as the main escalation point for customer and supplier issue resolution
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and process documentation, contributing ideas for ongoing improvement
  • Serve as a strategic business partner and subject matter expert on contractor-related matters
