Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with project managers, agencies, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective onboarding solutions
Participate in the end-to-end contractor process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws
Assist with requisition validation, work order creation or review, initial candidate screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, rate negotiations, and exit processes
Collaborate with Contractor Exchange Helpdesk, Legal, HR, and Tax teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify optimal solutions
Participate in meetings, trainings, and process documentation, contributing ideas for ongoing improvement
