Studying for an Undergraduate Degree, must be in 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland), seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with university

Responsibilities

Manage projects and prioritise tasks while developing strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and departments at Haleon
Promote responsible purchasing practices and tools to help manage spending effectively
Help coordinate strategic sourcing events (such as Requests for Information, Quotes, and Proposals) and participate in negotiations with third-party suppliers
Collaborate with teams like Finance and Legal to review financial proposals and assist in contract negotiations and revisions
Engage in Supplier Relationship Management to support performance evaluation, supplier development, and address potential risks
Assist in creating spend category-specific strategies that provide valuable insights and innovative solutions to support the business and drive positive change
Drive automation and simplification across procurement data, technology, and processes
