Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
  • Interact daily with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management
  • Follow moderate level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others
  • Act as an individual contributor within a team with focused scope
  • Work in rotational shifts as required
  • Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
  • Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
  • Handle accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
  • Manage order sequence of procurement and financial process end-to-end
  • Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities, including timely and accurate billing, invoice processing, purchase/non-purchase order management, and two/three-way matching of invoices
  • Conduct detailed assessments of clients' Procure to Pay (PTP) operations, processes, policies, and technologies against leading practices and benchmarks to identify strengths, risks, issues, and opportunities using Accenture's tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Provide recommendations for short-term and long-term improvements
