Responsibilities

Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
Manage order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end
Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications
Handle timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices
Manage purchase and non-purchase orders and perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices
Systematically handle and manage incoming invoices, including verifying accuracy, matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating payment process
Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
Interact with peers within Accenture, clients, and/or Accenture management
Work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments
Make decisions impacting own work and potentially the work of others
Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
Work in rotational shifts
