Responsibilities

Align with Finance Operations vertical to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
Manage order sequence of procurement and financial process end-to-end
Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications
Handle timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices
Manage purchase and non-purchase orders
Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices
