Responsibilities

Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes
Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
Manage the order sequence of procurement and financial process end-to-end
Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities using relevant processes, policies, and applications
Handle timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices
Manage purchase and non-purchase orders and perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices
Make payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits, etc., as part of the invoice processing cycle
Execute manual payments and automated payment runs
Run potential duplicate payments reports and take appropriate action
Execute payment-related controls
Perform analysis and solve lower-complexity problems
Interact daily with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work
