Responsibilities

  • Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes
  • Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
  • Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
  • Manage the order sequence of procurement and financial process end-to-end
  • Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities using relevant processes, policies, and applications
  • Handle timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices
  • Manage purchase and non-purchase orders and perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices
  • Make payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits, etc., as part of the invoice processing cycle
  • Execute manual payments and automated payment runs
  • Run potential duplicate payments reports and take appropriate action
  • Execute payment-related controls
  • Perform analysis and solve lower-complexity problems
  • Interact daily with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work
