Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite in Blue Ash, Ohio (Cincinnati area)

Responsibilities

  • Support department by performing duties to maintain daily operations and long-term viability of assigned area(s), including implementing process improvements, controls, equipment changes, new process development, and existing process maintenance
  • Manage Wet Systems responsibilities: (3) Wash Lines, (3) Paint Lines, Epoxy, Glue, and Plexus Systems, Graintech Staining, Finish Paint
  • Resolve daily production issues with short- and long-term solutions by collecting and analyzing data to determine root cause and implement solutions to prevent future downtime, individually or involving correct resources
  • Assist Maintenance Technicians in diagnosing equipment problems
  • Partner with operations department to transition equipment mindset from reactive to proactive, emphasizing uptime for critical Wet Systems from quality and delivery standpoints
  • Coordinate with OEMs to troubleshoot and resolve production-critical equipment issues
  • Validate spare parts stock levels in Vallen Storage and OEM warehouse locations
  • Coordinate set-up, contractor, and PM activities as required
  • Implement new processes that improve quality and efficiency of operations
  • Provide process support for assembly manufacturing processes and automation, including PLCs and robotics
  • Provide necessary training and documentation
