Requirements

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably in the healthcare industry)
Ability to execute repetitive tasks in a consistent and accurate manner
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals
Ability to handle various equipment and tools required for the job
Ability to adapt to shift work schedules as needed (including flexibility for training shifts and overtime)
Enthusiastic, positive attitude, flexible, adaptable, and open to coaching and feedback

Responsibilities

Picking and preparing raw materials
Labelling, inspection, and sealing of compounded products
Packing of finished units for each order, including final inspection of products
Labelling and dispatching of prepared products
Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables
Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures
Other duties as required
Supporting efficient and accurate production of compounded products
