Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably in the healthcare industry)
  • Ability to execute repetitive tasks in a consistent and accurate manner
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Ability to handle various equipment and tools required for the job
  • Ability to adapt to shift work schedules as needed (including flexibility for training shifts and overtime)

Responsibilities

  • Picking and preparing raw materials
  • Labelling, inspection, and sealing of compounded products
  • Packing of finished units for each order, including final inspection of products
  • Labelling and dispatching of prepared products
  • Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables
  • Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures
  • Other duties as required
  • Supporting efficient and accurate production of compounded products
