Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment, periodic review, and effectiveness check for operating systems, including mechanisms and Lean manufacturing tools
  • Support deployment of tools and processes to ensure consistency in overall management and efficiency in internal systems (Vantive Operating System - VOS)
  • Coordinate execution of site-level operational deployment plan, including BOS, VIP, Lean Academy, Certification Programs, Best Practice Sharing, and others
  • Establish baseline and target metrics for key processes (together with OpEx Site Manager), ensuring changes improve plant operations
  • Maintain direct involvement with other functional areas, especially production, to drive implementation and continuous improvement
  • Participate in and track progress of Lean and Six-Sigma Certification candidates to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, SOPs, and cGMPs
  • Be a leader and enabler of the OPEX and Plant deployment strategy at the site
  • Be a safety role model
  • Role rotation into at least 3 other areas: QA/RA, Production, Project Management
