The Process Owner will be responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing sterilization and reprocessing processes and systems for navigated surgical instruments. This includes developing and implementing new process concepts, including validation and qualification. They will also create and maintain SOPs, operating instructions, and process documentation, establish and maintain best practices and knowledge management, conduct studies for system analysis and to investigate parameter influences on products and materials, continuously analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for process stability and efficiency improvement, manage interfaces with R&D, product engineering, and train employees on new processes and technologies.
