Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. A strong understanding of Silicon CMOS process flow is essential, along with hands-on experience fabricating transistors and a solid background in device physics. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are required, as well as effective communication and collaboration abilities.
The Process Integration Engineer will build in-house CMOS fabrication process flows and incorporate novel processes into existing CMOS flows while ensuring compatibility. They will document full process flows and utilize their in-depth knowledge of Silicon CMOS process flow to design and implement robust semiconductor fabrication processes. Additionally, they will apply nanofabrication techniques to develop cutting-edge devices and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and optimize in-house semiconductor fabrication equipment.
