This is a hybrid position requiring associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week in Indianapolis, Indiana, to foster collaboration while providing flexibility. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the location will not be considered unless an accommodation is granted.
The role requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project coordination in a high-volume managed care operation such as claims, customer service, enrollment, and billing, or equivalent education and experience.
The role supports operations by researching workflow problems and system irregularities, developing tests and process improvement solutions, and leading project plans while communicating status.
