Requirements

Bac+5 / Engineering degree in a technical education (or equivalent)
Advanced English is mandatory
Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

Define the plant’s equipment needs for new projects and associated budgets (IR)
Lead the team in the installation, validation, and continuous improvement of equipment components (Assembly Tables, Assembly Lines, WPO)
Ensure the availability of equipment at the SOP by anticipating needs and alerting suppliers and the MEC
Close all reliability reporting points under your responsibility
Follow up with suppliers to ensure equipment meets specifications
Prepare documentation for newly integrated machines
Contribute to the choice of suppliers for the purchase of production equipment
