Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Manage the creation, validation, and maintenance of technical documentation for machinery, ensuring timely and compliant publication in the POS platform
Track document validity and perform updates proactively
Participate in equipment release activities, ensuring all related documentation is complete and aligned
Review customer technical specifications with engineers to determine documentation requirements
Maintain and update key technical documents, including Spare Parts Lists, Work Procedure Overviews (WPOs), Accessory Lists, and other machinery-related documentation
Perform equipment or component tests independently, with minimal supervision
Propose improvements to documentation practices, tools, and technical processes
Identify and communicate potential issues early in the project lifecycle to avoid delays or rework
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal documentation standards
Contribute ideas and solutions for improving efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration
Support internal audits and documentation reviews with full traceability and consistency
Manage documentation uploads and updates in the POS platform
Support equipment testing, documentation, and release activities
Responsible for multiple equipment-related documentation or processes
