Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation, validation, and maintenance of technical documentation for machinery, ensuring timely and compliant publication in the POS platform
  • Track document validity and perform updates proactively
  • Participate in equipment release activities, ensuring all related documentation is complete and aligned
  • Review customer technical specifications with engineers to determine documentation requirements
  • Maintain and update key technical documents, including Spare Parts Lists, Work Procedure Overviews (WPOs), Accessory Lists, and other machinery-related documentation
  • Perform equipment or component tests independently, with minimal supervision
  • Propose improvements to documentation practices, tools, and technical processes
  • Identify and communicate potential issues early in the project lifecycle to avoid delays or rework
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal documentation standards
  • Contribute ideas and solutions for improving efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration
  • Support internal audits and documentation reviews with full traceability and consistency
  • Manage documentation uploads and updates in the POS platform
  • Support equipment testing, documentation, and release activities
  • Responsible for multiple equipment-related documentation or processes
