Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Workspace and Excel
  • Ability to work onsite at the Riverwoods location in accordance with Capital One hybrid policy (3 days per week in-person)

Responsibilities

  • Review and prepare responses to subpoenas and government agency requests for customer account information consistent with the best interests of customer/company
  • Interact with business lines to research account systems of record to compile requested information
  • Evaluate account information received from all business lines to ensure completeness, quality, and accuracy consistent with subpoena requests
  • Communicate with requesting parties/agencies to resolve ambiguous requests
  • Notate relevant request and response information in system of record
  • Manage workload in an efficient manner to ensure requests are completed timely and within stated team benchmarks
  • Identify and solve issues within scope and escalate to management in a timely manner
  • Actively support and comply with team and department objectives
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
  • Assist with team administrative functions, reporting, and special projects (as needed)
