Requirements

Minimum MBO level 3 (Associate Degree) in Process Technology or VAPRO-A
Minimum 3 years of experience in an innovative production environment
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and experience with modern production methods
Vapro B certification (preferred)
Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule

Responsibilities

Monitor and adjust production processes, both on-site and from a control room
Perform quality measurements, potentially using samples
Identify and report defects, errors, or other process abnormalities
Perform minor repairs
Carry out first-line maintenance within assigned section
Timely involve the team mechanic
Provide guidance to team members
Suggest improvements to optimize the production process
Explain deviations according to established forms (EWO, Q-EWO, etc.)
Ensure adherence to Arbo and safety regulations, as well as environmental regulations
