Requirements

Experienced in Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation across multiple IT environments
Project leadership skills for end-to-end PAM rollout, including task management, milestones, and stakeholder coordination
Technical subject matter expertise in PAM feature sets, configurations, information security policies, and best practices
Hands-on capability to configure PAM platforms
Ability to support architectural design incorporating business, IT, and security objectives
Proficiency in tracking progress using enterprise ticketing systems and providing updates to senior leadership on risks, blockers, and achievements
Skills in coordinating with internal teams and vendor services
Experience in developing comprehensive documentation (architecture, implementation decisions, exception handling, operational procedures)
Ability to establish exception review processes integrated with Enterprise Risk Register
Capability to establish repositories and measure progress against project objectives
Experience in training and operational handoff

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Enterprise PAM, managing tasks, milestones, and stakeholder assignments
Track progress using enterprise ticketing system and provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, blockers, and achievements
Coordinate with internal teams and vendor services to ensure timely and effective delivery
Provide guidance to IT groups based on PAM feature sets, available configurations, information security policies, and best practices
Perform hands-on configuration of the PAM platform, as needed
Support architectural design, incorporating business, IT, and security objectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering architecture, implementation decisions, exception handling, and operational procedures
Establish an exception review process with integration to Enterprise Risk Register
Establish repository and continuous measurement of PAM progress against project objectives
Handle training and operational handoff
