Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Possesses skills and competencies to deliver intermediate contracted customer requirements (primary focus on document assembly and finishing tasks)
Ability to operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutter, folder, shrink wrapper, inserter, laminator, and hole punchers)
Ability to assist in operating digital production equipment in print shop
Ability to process incoming print production jobs from customers
Ability to process basic forms and update information using a PC
Ability to wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
Ability to problem solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
Ability to perform quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
Ability to sort and scan hardcopy materials or other mediums for use in printed documents or digital format (specific application training may be required and provided)
English language proficiency

Responsibilities

Serve as point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs
Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutter, folder, shrink wrapper, inserter, laminator, and hole punchers)
Help assist to operate digital production equipment in print shop
Process incoming print production jobs from customers
Process basic forms and update information using a PC
Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
Problem solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
Perform quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
