Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including hands-on full-stack development
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications
  • Strong experience in React.js, ShadCN, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Strong experience in Node.js, Python/FastAPI
  • Strong experience in PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Kafka
  • Strong experience in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps (ArgoCD)
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL data modeling
  • Strong practices in code quality, performance optimization, security, and system monitoring
  • Deep knowledge of event-driven architecture and real-time system design
  • Skilled with SonarQube, SOLID principles, clean code, and scalable microservice patterns
  • Familiarity with AI dev tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture of scalable cloud-native applications: Frontend (React, ShadCN, TypeScript), Backend (Ts/Node.js, Python/FastAPI), Data (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse), Streaming and EDA (Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture)
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to deliver intuitive, secure, and AI-integrated experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the Agentic AI Platform team to define integration strategies for LLMs, GenAI services, RAG pipelines, A2A workflows, and more
  • Drive adoption of AI developer tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot across engineering teams
  • Establish and enforce best practices in system design, performance optimization, and reliability
  • Establish and enforce best practices in code quality (SOLID, clean code, SonarQube)
  • Establish and enforce best practices in security and observability (Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Lead cross-team technical initiatives from idea to execution, including proofs of concept, refactoring, modernization, and new service development
  • Mentor engineers, provide architectural guidance, and elevate engineering excellence across the org
  • Own documentation, design reviews, and technical vision across frontend and backend architecture
