Candidates must possess a Secret Clearance and have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI offerings such as Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, and Generative AI is required. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SSO, and Mid-servers is also necessary.
The Principal Technical Consultant will act as a technical expert on customer engagements, configuring ServiceNow Customer Workflow products to accelerate business outcomes. Responsibilities include educating the ServiceNow community through white papers, advising customers on leveraging the platform for process transformation, and leading design workshops. The role involves guiding customers through ServiceNow capabilities, drafting user stories, providing oversight for system administrators, and performing hands-on development. Additionally, the consultant will prepare customer-facing deliverables, manage multiple projects, lead continuous improvement for delivery materials, support sales activities, and provide training to team members and partners. Travel up to 50% annually is expected.
