Requirements

Candidates must have over 8 years of product management experience with B2B offerings, including a proven track record of launching external, monetizable products for technical audiences. Experience in defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products from inception is required, as is proficiency in executive presentations and communicating the business value of complex products. Strong analytical skills, experience building customer-facing analytics products, and the ability to work with large datasets to create customer-facing products are essential. Candidates should also have experience designing products that help customers understand and act on complex data relationships, engage with senior enterprise leaders on talent benchmarking and workforce analytics, and possess excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts and leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

The Principal Technical Product Manager will lead the development of industry-defining benchmarking and analytics products, leveraging extensive interview data to transform how companies understand and measure technical talent. This includes defining the roadmap for data products, evaluating how to use interview datasets for leading benchmarking and analytics, and shaping Karat's strategy as a definitive measure of talent. Responsibilities also involve leading the development of innovative data and benchmarking products, prioritizing features, and partnering with engineering, data science, and UX teams. The role requires transforming interview datasets into actionable benchmarking products, designing products for industry insights and competitive intelligence, and developing frameworks for talent measurement. Additionally, the position involves interfacing with customer executives, monitoring performance metrics, partnering with Go-to-Market teams, developing business cases for new offerings, collaborating with data science on analytics methodologies, ensuring integration with customer workflows, and evaluating market positioning.
