Responsibilities also involve leading the development of innovative data and benchmarking products, prioritizing features, and partnering with engineering, data science, and UX teams. The role requires transforming interview datasets into actionable benchmarking products, designing products for industry insights and competitive intelligence, and developing frameworks for talent measurement. Additionally, the position involves interfacing with customer executives, monitoring performance metrics, partnering with Go-to-Market teams, developing business cases for new offerings, collaborating with data science on analytics methodologies, ensuring integration with customer workflows, and evaluating market positioning.
