Requirements

Experience in technical marketing engineering, particularly in cloud computing or hybrid edge-to-cloud platforms
Strong technical knowledge of HPE GreenLake cloud, including networking, data services, computing, private cloud, security, compliance, elasticity, and data protection
Ability to act as a technical partner to product managers, defining technical aspects of solutions and features
Capability to provide technical recommendations and validations throughout the feature lifecycle
Experience as a technical consultant in customer calls and meetings
Ability to work closely with field teams, engineering, marketing, and technology partners in an agile environment
Skills in developing automated methods to optimize customer user experience
Proficiency in building messaging on customer challenges and HPE solution benefits based on use cases
Expertise in creating compelling collateral such as videos, demos, and hands-on labs (HOL)
Ability to create technical documents and presentations on products, technologies, and solutions
Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Promote and increase customer adoption of HPE GreenLake cloud solutions
Help drive the future technical product direction
Serve as the technical partner to product managers to define technical aspects of solutions and features
Provide technical recommendations and validations throughout the feature lifecycle
Act as a technical consultant on customer calls and meetings
Work closely with the field, engineering, marketing, and HPE technology partners in an agile environment
Develop automated methods to optimize customers’ user experience
Build messaging about key customer challenges and the benefits of HPE solutions based on use cases
Create compelling collateral (such as videos, demos, and hands-on labs (HOL)) to evangelize, empower, and educate customers, partners, and technical sales teams about GreenLake cloud solutions
Create documents and presentations with technical details for products, technologies, and solutions
