Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in configuration and development for complex integration technologies. They should have demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers, providing thought leadership on business process and technical problems. A minimum of two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification are required. Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex high-level architecture diagrams is essential.

Responsibilities

The Principal Technical Consultant will act as a functional and technical expert, configuring ServiceNow Integrations based on best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. This includes designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, resolving errors, and providing support. The role involves leveraging AI capabilities like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, and Generative AI to develop solutions tailored to user requirements. Responsibilities also include devising integration development plans, formulating architectures, coordinating with other developers, ensuring best practices are followed, and acting as a subject matter expert to solve complex user issues related to Integrations and AI solutions.
