Responsibilities

  • Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers
  • Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support trade-off discussions and negotiations
  • Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience
  • Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines
  • Lead critical, high-impact projects and design/implement innovative business strategies
  • Work with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions
  • Serve as a mentor and assist others with challenging issues
