Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of product management experience in telecom, focused on wireless and broadband billing systems
  • Expertise in telecom billing processes, revenue assurance, charging, invoicing, and related regulations
  • Strong command of SAFe Agile methodology; SAFe certification highly desirable
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Track record of translating complex business requirements into actionable product features and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about telecom billing with analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of design systems and principles to ensure seamless product execution
  • Proven experience bridging the gap between design and development teams to deliver a refined billing experience
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in the posted location(s); no relocation offered

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for wireless and broadband billing solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear, prioritized features and actionable user stories
  • Serve as the key liaison between Agile teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined, value-driven backlog
  • Engage in all SAFe Agile ceremonies to champion transparency, progress, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products ahead of the curve
  • Leverage AI and analytics to enhance product performance and decision-making
  • Champion innovative product strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure products set the benchmark for customer satisfaction and business value
