Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, along with extensive experience in machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch are required, as is experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing technologies.
The Principal Tech Lead Manager will lead a team of engineers and researchers in developing data products utilizing foundation models such as VLM/LLM models, drive innovation through research and experimentation with new techniques, own large-scale mining workflows, build high-quality datasets, provide statistical depth on model performance, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team while managing project timelines and deliverables.
