Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on large language models (LLMs) and AI training. Demonstrated experience leading and scaling engineering teams is essential, along with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java. Strong understanding of LLM training methodologies, including Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Reinforcement Learning from Execution Feedback (RLEF) is required.

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of LLM training projects, managing a cross-functional team to ensure the delivery of high-quality data and model improvements. You will be responsible for strategic client alignment, throughput, quality, and operational efficiency across multiple streams and programming languages, while also acting as the senior-most project owner. Key responsibilities include owning the full project lifecycle, managing concurrent LLM training streams, leading distributed remote teams, maintaining alignment with Engineering Managers, monitoring throughput and quality, and engaging directly with clients to gather requirements and manage feedback.
