Candidates should possess 15 or more years of experience, along with exposure to the entire product life cycle, experience with microservices-based architectures utilizing Docker containers and Kubernetes (K8s, K3s) clusters and Helm charts, strong coding and debugging skills in Golang or C, and a solid understanding of Linux OS, data structures, and IPC mechanisms, including multi-threading/routines.
The Principal SW Systems Engineer will be responsible for routing protocol development, monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across network technologies, developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, and working within an Agile Development Model with CI/CD, Jenkins pipeline, and Git environment, as well as utilizing OpenConfig NETCONF/GNMI/GRPC and proficiency in L2/L3 OSI layer protocols such as LACP, LAGs, BGP, BFD, EVPN, MPLS/VPLS, ARP, and L2 switching; L3 Routing.
