Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, including discovery of organization's current environment
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations illustrating how Workday’s HCM applications address business concerns and create value
  • Engage in opportunity support activities with prospective customers
  • Participate in discovery workshops to formulate and detail business requirements, processes, procedures, and work practices
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to develop winning value propositions, themes, and messaging
  • Champion Workday-based HCM solutions to address customer problems
  • Conduct solutions presentations with implementation partners, using formats like process flows, context diagrams, functional/technical descriptions, recordings, and demonstrations
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses and develop solution overviews mapping customer initiatives to Workday solutions
  • Prepare and conduct product demonstrations to build impact in customer evaluations, demonstrating value propositions and expectations
  • Build expertise in specific industries and present Workday HCM solutions' value to customers
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers
  • Research and highlight advantages of Workday products over legacy ERP and other SaaS systems
