Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Fully bilingual: must speak, read, and write in Spanish and English
Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities, with experience managing or guiding engineering teams

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of diverse software applications spanning backend, frontend, and cloud platforms
Guide the engineering team to adopt best practices in software development, quality assurance, automation, and security
Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategies with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of impactful software
Promote DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code, to streamline delivery and operations
Mentor engineers to develop their skills and grow within a collaborative, agile environment
Identify and mitigate technical risks, optimize system performance, and maintain compliance with security standards
Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders
Lead a multidisciplinary scrum team, ensuring technical excellence, architectural integrity, and seamless integration with internal and third-party systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
