Requirements

  • Fully bilingual: must speak, read, and write in Spanish and English
  • Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities, with experience managing or guiding engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving orientation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of diverse software applications spanning backend, frontend, and cloud platforms
  • Guide the engineering team to adopt best practices in software development, quality assurance, automation, and security
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategies with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of impactful software
  • Promote DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code, to streamline delivery and operations
  • Mentor engineers to develop their skills and grow within a collaborative, agile environment
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, optimize system performance, and maintain compliance with security standards
  • Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders
  • Lead a multidisciplinary scrum team, ensuring technical excellence, architectural integrity, and seamless integration with internal and third-party systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
