Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on DevOps and CI/CD practices. Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly hybrid cloud environments, is required, as well as expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Demonstrated leadership and architectural experience within a complex, global organization are also essential.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Software Engineer - Platform Architect (CI/CD), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the global IT Operations CI/CD Infrastructure. This includes collaborating with Development and QA teams worldwide to address their CI/CD needs, ensuring code quality through various tools, and continuously investigating new technologies to improve developer productivity. You will strategically architect continuous deployment pipelines for microservices, define enterprise-wide DevOps patterns, and partner with delivery groups to establish CI/CD roadmaps. Furthermore, you will act as a Product Owner for DevOps tooling solutions and curate development activities.
