Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
8+ years of hands-on experience in functional and automation testing
Experience in functional and automation testing of API and User Interface
Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools, Cucumber, RESTAssured, and Selenium Framework
Experience with ETL testing tools and strong SQL (plus)
Experience with Cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins
Strong technical skills such as SQL, Java, and AWS/Azure
Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to interpret business requirements and crystallize stories and acceptance criteria for implementation
Ability to identify risks and develop contingency plans in anticipation of test automation issues
Proven ability to work independently as part of an Agile Sprint, Kanban team/Squads
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; motivated, self-directed, with aptitude for learning and a teammate
Proven understanding of the software development process including planning, analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, and problem resolution
Experience with agile methodology and tool sets (JIRA)

Responsibilities

Join a Scrum team of 6-8 individuals and play a pivotal role on project delivery teams
Develop and test critical applications that test products and instill confidence in capabilities
Use innovative testing techniques to test applications as part of a larger QA team
Craft and develop test automation and in-house software utilities as part of the Quality Engineering organization
Use and improve upon an existing automation framework
