Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
8+ years of backend engineering experience, including architecting production systems
Deep expertise in Python, Go, or similar backend languages
Familiarity with SaaS control planes, relational databases, and RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, S3)
Proven ability to architect scalable systems and deliver high-quality, production-grade code
Exceptional communication and the ability to drive technical direction across teams

Architect and build scalable backend systems to support high-performance AI and real-time healthcare applications
Lead the design of large-scale data pipelines and backend workflows supporting ML and data teams
Own and evolve core APIs, microservices, and orchestration layers that interface with LLMs and agentic AI systems
Establish and enforce world-class security, privacy, and compliance standards for healthcare data
Drive major reliability, observability, and performance improvements across the backend stack
Partner with product and clinical leaders to translate complex workflows into robust backend architectures
Mentor engineers across levels and elevate engineering standards
Contribute to long-range platform and infrastructure strategy for AI-driven healthcare systems
