Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products. A BS in Engineering and an MBA from a top business school (IIM, XLRI, ISB) or equivalent experience is required, along with over 11 years of experience, including a minimum of 8 years of post-MBA experience in a business role. The ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations, make data-driven recommendations, and drive decisions is essential. Strong communication and social skills are needed to work effectively across geographically remote teams. Experience in agile software development practices within a large team environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Manager will define and champion product vision and strategy for Adobe Acrobat apps, focusing on Generative AI innovations. They will be responsible for defining product features, communicating requirements to multiple teams, and ensuring the product meets customer needs. This role involves working closely with customers, partners, internal product teams, engineering, and senior management to execute the product strategy and roadmap. Responsibilities include researching customer and market needs, conducting competitive analysis, defining prioritized feature requirements, measuring product efficacy, and delivering presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value.
