  • 10+ years of experience working on live software or game in production, operations, or project management capacity

Responsibilities

  • Build, prioritize, and maintain the team’s backlog and roadmap based on input from the team, leadership, and stakeholders
  • Drive the creation of content systems for our game, including core gameplay and art systems
  • Work daily with your team that includes Designers, Engineers, Artists, and QA Testers to bring new features to life for our players (running meetings, planning for team capacity, managing tasks, fostering team health, creating documentation, and removing obstacles)
  • Network and collaborate with other teams to co-build features and content
  • Represent the development team in publishing, commercial, customer support, and platform planning discussions
  • Identify risks, plan for mitigations, and communicate ongoing status on projects
  • Promote, contribute to, and participate in a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • As a principal producer, take on mentees from time to time as well as contribute back to the production discipline and process within the team
