Requirements

Candidates should have experience as a Principal Platform Architect, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities

The Principal Platform Architect will act as an expert on assigned contracts, providing architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices for ServiceNow's largest accounts. They will align ServiceNow solutions with customer business strategies, collaborate with Go-To-Market and Delivery teams, and contribute to the ServiceNow product strategy and roadmap. This role involves helping customers establish a solid technical foundation, design solutions for business outcomes, and guide teams in delivering successful technical architectures for long-term success.
