Requirements

  • A Degree with 9 to 12 years of experience (minimum 7 years relevant Salesforce experience)
  • Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (required); Marketing Cloud (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or other relevant Salesforce certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of scalable, secure Salesforce architecture addressing complex business needs across the APAC region, aligning with global standards and Salesforce best practices, and supporting APAC CRM Delivery
  • Collaborate with global and regional Salesforce Solution Architects, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to understand, document, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., WebMethods, MuleSoft, Informatica), and data integration tools for seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Guide and govern the use of DTL tools/platforms for efficient data transformation and loading in Salesforce projects
  • Create, review, and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, architecture diagrams, process maps, and KDD (Key Design Decision) documents
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards
  • Apply business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation best practices using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to project teams, fostering knowledge sharing and best practice adoption
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate alignment
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and presentations
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry best practices, driving process improvements and innovation
