Responsibilities

The Principal, Information Systems Operations Management will identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives for IT Systems utilized by the Clinical and Technical Service Organization. They will develop business specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts, configure and customize software, write diagnostic programs, create functional and technical documentation, and support the design and development of Global Service applications and processes. The role also involves providing deep technical and professional advice to Alcon Tech. Service departments, identifying process improvements, leading the creation and implementation of new processes, monitoring transactional business data, and executing corrective actions to ensure data quality and accuracy.
