Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices is required, including experience with Okta, SailPoint, Delinea PAM, Veza for NHI, and LogScale monitoring. Demonstrated ability to architect and implement end-to-end IAM solutions is essential, as is experience with developing custom IAM software solutions and leveraging AI for IAM innovation.
As a Principal IAM Architect, you will lead the Enterprise Identity Transformation, taking ownership of the Identity Governance Framework from strategy to execution with minimal supervision. You will provide direct leadership across IAM operations, IAM governance, and IAM SRE monitoring functions, ensuring cohesive execution. You will design and implement comprehensive identity solutions, make authoritative technical decisions on IAM architecture, product selection, and implementation approaches, and develop bespoke IAM tools and automation systems. Furthermore, you will establish operational excellence by implementing IAM best practices, creating operational runbooks, and designing incident response procedures, and lead the identity monitoring strategy by designing a strategy to enhance identity governance, anomaly detection, and access intelligence capabilities.
