Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 7+ years of experience in short term incentives, equity, deferred compensation, and perquisites
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • Expert in creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge
  • Experience leading significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing senior executive level decisions
  • May mentor less experienced staff
  • Implement long-term plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Use advanced knowledge in designing, supporting, and/or resolving executive compensation related matters
  • Align organizational objectives to achieve talent attraction and retention
  • Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans
  • Administer and support the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Develop and/or present detailed reports to leadership, provide guidance to leadership on executive compensation matters, and collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs
  • Integrate performance metrics with compensation plans to align executive incentives with organizational goals and assist in evaluating executive performance to determine appropriate compensation adjustments
  • Support processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and/or leadership training
